Apparently no one here has lovelorn problems because so far I have received only one letter. It was from Avid Reader M who was very flattering but stated she had no love problems. You may wonder how I know that Avid Reader M is a woman. I have great sleuthing abilities. No man would allow himself to print that way on a pretty little note card. I pay attention to every detail.
Anyway I know there will be lovelorn questions eventually as you all learn to trust me more. You may think we are all too old for that sort of thing, but it ain't over until it's over. Trust me.
In the meantime I have been getting comments verbally from folks. I am listening! There seems to be a certain malaise about cooking which is infecting everyone. We are all bored with cooking. We're sick of even thinking about it.
Therefore, I am looking for tips and suggestions. We all know about Busy Butternut and the $5 offerings which are good and filling. There have to be other fine places that will deliver prepared dinners. I have seen packages of food on the counter in the lobby. Share your information here and we will all be very grateful. No more cooking ever! We will just play games, swim, exercise drink, watch movies........and eat.
Dear Bambi( I’m curious if that was your Stripper name in a previous life?) Mine is Stormy and I sadly don’t have much need for advice for the 62 and older lovelorn. But would welcome good take out food recommendations. I hope you’re feeling better and hope to see you out and about. Keep your columns coming!

Yes, Stormy, you nailed it. I was a stripper until I aged out but I learned a lot in that job just listening to the patrons! I feel okay. It was my dopey cousin Barbara who was sick. She never listened to me. However, we demand that people share their take-out recommendations. Otherwise I will start naming names!
